**** SIGN ON BONUS ****Hampton Ridge Healthcare is seeking Certified Nursing Assistant's to join our team! We have full-time, part-time positions available for Weekend Baylor all shifts. You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high quality patient care.
Weekend Baylor-Work four shifts every weekend and get the fifth shift FREE!
All full time and part time CNA candidates will receive a sign on bonus at 6 months and 12 months.
Responsibilities:
- Provides personal care including baths, showers, oral hygiene, skin care, hair care, and fingernail care
- Encourage maximum independence in activities of daily living
- Assists with Resident meal service
- Assist in reality orientation
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to build rapport with patients, family members and peers
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certification:
Must possess active CNA certification from the State of New Jersey
