Position Overview: We are looking for a Part-Time versatile General Laborer who can handle a variety of tasks, including painting, spackling, and framing. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation of general contracting knowledge and a keen eye for detail. Tile installation, plumbing, electrical experience is a plus!
Responsibilities:
- Perform painting tasks, including surface preparation, priming, and finishing.
- Apply spackle and other materials to prepare surfaces for painting and finishing.
- Carry out basic framing work, including constructing and repairing wooden structures.
- Execute general contracting tasks as needed, ensuring all work meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in painting, spackling, and framing.
- Basic general contracting knowledge and skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license. Own Transportation
- Own tool preferred, can provide if needed
