Job Duties: · Guide prospective students through the entire enrollment process, from inquiry to final registration. · Answer inquiries regarding programs, admissions requirements, and financial aid options. · Collaborate with the marketing team to organize recruitment events and webinars. · Assist students in completing necessary application forms and gathering required documentation. · Identify collaboration opportunities with external organizations. · Maintain accurate records of student applications and admission status. · Track and report on enrollment data to meet targets and improve processes. · Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all applicants. · Coordinate with Executive Director to align recruitment efforts with department goals. · Conduct follow-up with prospective students to provide additional support and guidance. · Attend college fairs and outreach events to promote programs. · Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of experience in Education, Business, or a related field · At least 2 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, or student services. · Strong communication and customer service skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. · Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. · Familiarity with higher education admissions processes, especially in workforce development or allied health programs. · Experience working with diverse student populations is a plus. Requirements: · Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential students. · Strong organizational and time management abilities. · High attention to detail in managing applications and records. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. · Experience in conducting phone-based or in-person interviews. · A passion for education and helping students achieve their goals. · Cultural competency and sensitivity when working with diverse populations. · Ability to analyze enrollment data and provide insights to improve the process. · Ability to incorporate technology to optimize processes and procedures. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. · Availability to attend occasional recruitment events outside regular working hours.

Salary : $46,000 - $62,000
