Summary
The Pressing Inspector/Size Checker is responsible for determining the quality of a finished garment.
This position would begin as a Hamrick's Temp but with hard work and dedication could transition to full-time.
Regular hours would be Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm. Longer hours and Saturday work would occasionally be required.
Responsibilities
Inspect the quality of finished garments
Check tags for correct sizes
Count bundles to check for correct quantities
Clean spots if found during inspections
Separate first and non-first quality garments
Qualifications
Job requires standing for long periods of time, bending, stooping, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
Required Experience
Production operator experience preferred
Required Education
High School diploma or equivalent
