We take great pride in providing an exceptional dining experience, and to enhance our customer service, we are seeking a friendly and welcoming Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests.

Job Description:
As a Host/Hostess at Han Handrolls, you will play an important role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:
Welcome and seat guests with a friendly and gracious attitude.
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.
Optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
Ensure guests receive attentive and courteous service, addressing any special requests or needs.
Keep the host/hostess station clean and organized
Communicate effectively with the serving staff and management to coordinate seating and ensure a seamless dining flow.
Clean and reset tables as needed throughout service

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a host/hostess in a restaurant is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
A friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Availability to work evenings and weekends

Rate: $13.00-$14.00/hr tips
