Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to provide functional support for Duck Creek Reinsurance (DCR) product . The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of reinsurance principles, experience with Duck Creek technology, and strong analytical skills to support our teams effectively. This role will focus on ensuring the smooth operation of the DCR product and enhancing user experience through effective support and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Functional Support :
Provide expert functional support for the DCR product, addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting issues promptly.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for enhancements and new features of the DCR product.
Analyze and document existing business processes and workflows related to the DCR product to identify areas for improvement.
Develop test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that product enhancements meet business requirements and quality standards.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to promote effective utilization of the DCR product.
Work closely with IT, underwriting, operations, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and effective communication regarding product features and functionality.
