We are seeking a highly motivated Welding Solution Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our market presence.

Job Summary:

As the Welding Solution Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our cobot-based welding cell to industrial clients. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and provide technical expertise to ensure successful implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of welding processes, automation, and industrial sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage potential customers in the manufacturing and fabrication sectors.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including engineers, production managers, and purchasing teams.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and hands-on trials of welding cobots.
  • Technical Expertise & Customer Support:
  • Understand customer welding requirements and recommend appropriate cobot solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to customize solutions for clients.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including training and troubleshooting.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging welding technologies.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in welding sales, automation, or industrial robotics.
  • Strong knowledge of welding processes (MIG, TIG, ARC) and automation technologies.
  • Experience in selling technical solutions and consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to understand technical drawings and welding applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
