Enterprise Telecommunications Developer

We are seeking an experienced developer to support our SyncUp Platform Team, responsible for building and maintaining the Azure Consumer IoT Platform. The successful candidate will have a strong background in developing Azure IoT projects and play a key role in designing and implementing technological solutions using the latest technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies
• Implement software applications following established standards, design patterns, and software development methodologies
• Write high-quality code and debug effectively
• Develop automated unit test cases using a unit test framework and mocking library
• Act on suggestions provided during code reviews

Required Skills:

• Demonstrable experience in developing Azure IoT projects
• Strong technical knowledge of .NET Technologies such as .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, C#, Entity Framework Core
• Experience working with Azure IoT Hub, Azure Device SDK, Azure Device provisioning services, Azure Device twins, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, Azure Stream analytics
• Strong understanding of Cloud Native Application Development and Cloud Platform Capabilities
• Experience working in hybrid environments with offshore teams

Preferred Skills:

• Background in Project Management or experience leading/managing teams
• Experience focused on Azure IoT platform development with an Application Development background
• Experience using SQL and NoSQL based data store & associated technologies
