AC Management Group, LLC (DBA Hana Meds) is an Arizona based, State licensed, Medical Marijuana company. We produce and distribute the very popular brands of Dutchiez Pre-rolls and Willie's Reserve. Hana Meds is seeking a full-time Trim Team Member to join our team. This job operates in a cultivation / warehouse setting. Air-conditioned rooms throughout the building. This role routinely uses standard personal protective equipment such as uniforms, hairnets, hats, gloves, sheers, and beard guards.

Trimming Duties :

Responsible for daily goals set by company to achieve department's metrics
No Raking, no shaving, no crow's feet, no visible stems, clean cuts, no bud cutting.
Carefully inspect Cannabis for mold, bugs, and / or imperfections.
May be responsible for operating automated trimming machines.
Maintain proper working function of all trim team tools.
Maintain cleanliness of trim team work space
Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

At least 21 years old.

Must have valid AZ ID or passport to obtain AZ Facility Agent Card.

Must have reliable transportation.

Will be required to use both hands and tools to assist in the trimming process

Must be able to lift, pull, and push up to 50lbs

Must be able to sit or stand for an extended period of time

Experience, Education, Skills :

Prior cultivation experience a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.

Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma.
