Position Summary:
The production control coordinator (PCC) is responsible for ensuring all the necessary actions, materials, and processes are in place to support the manufacture of items. With an overall understanding of production and planning to complete customer orders for build to stock, the PCC will drive all logistics to support the manufacturing process. They will also be the key contact in managing outside manufacturing facilities to support Hana orders.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Proven experience in logistics management or similar experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verb
Superior organization and problem-solving skills
Proven stakeholder management skills.
Essential Job Functions:
Coordinate with planner to define and set finished goods stock levels.
Manage all functions related to the support of the manufacture of products.
Collaborate with applicable internal departments in support of production requirements.
Coordinate with Production planner on raw material needs to support the production schedule.
Communicate with customer service on all program related issues.
Initiate production orders to support customer sales orders or stock supply needs.
Manage sister or outside manufacturing facilities.
Develop and oversee implementation of strategies to improve profitability of the company in conjunction with continual improvement.
Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle to include key performance indicators (KPI’s).
Provide leadership to resolve internal issues as needed.
Analyze, understand, and manage program risks.
Other duties as assigned.

Understanding of quality standards
MS Office
ERP management software programs
Understanding of the manufacturing processes
Ability to build and manage Excel models for pricing, materials, planning and any other program related function (helpful).
Physical Abilities (ex: standing, pulling, include duration):
Ability to work in an office environment and use standard office equipment.
Ability to physically navigate and walk in all areas throughout the facility where employees are working.
