Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Housekeeper will ensure that all areas are clean, organized, and welcoming for clients and guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage floor care tasks such as sweeping, waxing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and well-presented.
• Conduct carpet cleaning as needed to uphold the quality of flooring.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences promptly.
• Assist in housekeeping management tasks, including inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Prepare light meals or snacks when required, ensuring kitchen cleanliness is maintained.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices and procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
