SERVICE BDC MANAGER- ACURA

Hanania Acura of Orange Park is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Manager to oversee the service departments BDC operations, improving customer engagement, and driving business growth through effective communication and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Monitor and analyze service appointment trends to optimize efficiency.
• Work closely with the service department to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Utilize CRM tools to track and improve customer communication.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
