Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and digital platforms to schedule appointments and follow-ups.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall dealership experience.
- Convert online leads into showroom opportunities and work alongside the Internet Sales Manager to ensure timely quotes and responses.
- Maintain an organized follow-up system to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay up to date on vehicle features, inventory, and automotive trends to effectively assist clients.
- Assist in qualifying buyers, discussing trade-ins, negotiating prices, and completing sales documentation.
- Achieve monthly sales goals by actively developing new business opportunities.
- Ensure smooth vehicle delivery, providing clients with detailed information on features, warranties, and paperwork.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Sales experience preferred but not required – We welcome driven individuals eager to learn and succeed.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails with a professional, engaging approach.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must pass a background check and hair follicle drug screening.
