What You’ll Do:
- Customer Service & Parts Sales: Assist customers in selecting the required parts, provide information on companion parts and current specials, and handle phone calls with professionalism.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, pull and fill orders from stock, and coordinate emergency orders for out-of-stock parts.
- Order Management: Oversee the coordination of orders for shipment, delivery, or pick-up, and ensure timely follow-up on back-ordered parts.
- Body Shop Coordination: Review body shop estimates for parts accuracy and notify the body shop of parts arrivals and deliveries.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train parts drivers, shipping and receiving staff, and parts counter associates. Assist with managing daily operations within the parts department.
- Administrative Duties: Process returns, issue credits for returned parts, maintain repair orders and invoices, and manage special-order parts records.
- Operational Efficiency: Maintain the cleanliness of counter areas, follow safety procedures, and participate in tracking lost sales to optimize department performance.

- Problem-Solver: You know how to tackle challenges and keep things running smoothly in a busy environment.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: Previous experience in a dealership or related setting is preferred.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
- A valid driver's license.
- Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen.
