Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Inspire: Direct, coordinate, and evaluate the performance of Internet Sales Associates. Provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to help your team succeed and grow.
- Customer Engagement: Connect with prospective customers through phone and email, schedule and confirm appointments, and follow up on missed opportunities to ensure a high conversion rate.
- CRM Mastery: Leverage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (eLead) to develop and maintain a robust prospect development system and track customer interactions.
- Customer Satisfaction: Implement and oversee an effective owner follow-up system to drive repeat and referral business, contributing to high customer satisfaction scores.
- Seamless Lead Management: Transfer online leads efficiently to the Sales team and collaborate with Sales Management to provide timely quotes and information to customers.
- Brand Advocacy: Uphold and demonstrate behaviors aligned with Hanania's Vision, Mission, and Values in every customer and team interaction.
- Additional Duties: Take on other responsibilities as needed to support the dealership's goals and operations.
