Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Type: Full-Time 2nd shift

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of equipment, facilities, and systems. This role requires a hands-on professional with a strong mechanical and electrical background.

· Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems
· Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues
· Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
· Assist in facility upgrades and special projects as needed
· Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
· Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs
· Grounds maintenance including mowing, snow removal, and occasional janitorial duties
:
· High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
· Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Basic computer proficiency for logging maintenance requests
· Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks
· Valid driver’s license
