We are seeking a full-time, energetic Legal Administrative Assistant to join our Fairfax, VA , medical malpractice litigation defense team. In this position, you will be supporting attorneys by :
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage documents by reviewing, editing, and proofreading in both electronic and paper format.
- Manage calendar and organize daily schedule of attorney.
- Preparing and drafting correspondence.
- Screen and manage calls.
- Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings.
- Manage travel arrangements for attorney.
- Develop documents and presentations.
- Ensure accurate file management.
- Enter time and billing information.
- Look for new methods and technology to increase attorney and paralegal efficiency.
