This role ensures that all programs comply with federal and state regulations, aligns with organizational goals, and meets the needs of employees. The Specialist will work closely with employees, management, and external vendors to deliver comprehensive retirement and compensation solutions.

- Advanced certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS)) preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retirement plan administration and compensation management.
- Strong understanding of federal and state regulations related to retirement and compensation.
