As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of trusses from our manufacturing plant to various job sites. Your role is crucial in ensuring timely deliveries, optimizing routes, and maintaining communication with drivers and customers. You are also responsible for serving as the immediate supervisor for the drivers.

Requirements
- Schedule and dispatch trucks for delivery of trusses to job sites.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Monitor and track the status of deliveries and provide updates to customers.
- Optimize delivery routes to minimize fuel costs and delivery times.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driver logs, and transportation expenses.
- Communicate with customers to address delivery inquiries and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to align delivery schedules with manufacturing timelines.
