Our Damariscotta team is looking for someone who can assist homeowners and builders with project work. This is a full-time, year-round sales position responsible for servicing customers in a retail lumber and building materials location. You must have solid customer service and sales skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong people skills, and a positive team attitude. Knowledge of lumber and building materials necessary and previous experience with builder projects is a plus. This position handles estimates and sales both directly and indirectly with the customer base. This is a great opportunity for the right individual with room to grow in a stable environment within the lumber and building materials industry.

Requirements
- Solid lumber, building, and retail sales industry experience
- Experience with commission sales preferred but not required
- Team player
- Strong customer service skills
- Motivated self-starter
- Dependable.
- High School diploma or GED
- Construction/Technical trade skills
