Position Summary
Position is responsible for using patterns to mark leather hides, preparing the hides for cutting.
Position Details
- Obtains correct pattern for the job
- Gets leather hides, lays the hide out and places pattern on leather to achieve maximum yield, working around imperfections in the hide
- Marks the pattern on the hide
- Folds hires together as a set
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous leather marking experience a plus

- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and push up to 160 lbs
- Must be able to bend, stoop, stand and twist throughout shift
- Must be able to throw hides across table using shoulders and elbows
- Must have fine motor skills that allow ability to mark leather using tools, hands and fingers
