SHIFT : Monday-Friday, Flexible hours

Location : 164 Parkingway in Quincy MA

Hancock Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently seeking  Full-Time Charge Nurse, RN or LPN! Long Term Care experience preferred! Hancock Park is a 142-bed, 6 unit nursing home facility specializing in long term & short term care. Our compassionate and experienced staff will help you reach your maximum potential in this role.

Requirements for Charge Nurse :

  • Must possess valid unencumbered, RN or LPN State License and current CPR certification
  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience in long-term care preferred

    • Job Duties for Charge Nurse :

  • Ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.
  • Overseeing patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Maintain safety of residents.
  • Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.
  • On-call weekend rotations (approximately every 4-5 weeks)
