JOB FUNCTION / SUMMARY:
Investor Relations Analyst is primarily responsible for providing collaborative support to the Manager, Investor Relations in developing and executing the Investor Relations strategy, operating plans, budget, and program. This position will assist in the production of reports and presentations as well as providing organization, contract, logistical, and administrative support for the department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares, analyzes and assembles various Investor Relations reports for management and the Board
- Executes the collection of data and creates periodic reports regarding the company's stock price, brokerage analysts' estimates, opinions from analysts and investors, industries and peer companies, and the stock market
- Assists in preparing, analyzing and distributing corporate presentation materials and press releases and all internal/external financial communication
- Assists the Manager, Investor Relations in planning and coordinating the annual Shareholder’s meeting
- Provides collaborative assistance in the planning of conferences and special events; attends these events as needed.
- Maintains company's Investor Relations website and database
- Supports the creation of quarterly results, SEC filings, and other news releases
- Responds to internal and external inquiries regarding investor relations, escalating complex issues as applicable
- Works with Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, Corporate Communications, Legal, Planning and Development, and others, as needed.
- Assists with the preparation and monitoring of the departmental budget and forecasts
- Handles logistics and administration for conference calls, webcasts, investor meetings
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor Degree (Business, Finance, Economics, Communications or Accounting) highly preferred.
- 2 years of relevant experience in investor relations, accounting, finance, marketing, planning and development, or corporate communication positions for a publicly traded company preferred.
- General experience with or knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements relating to matters of Investor Relations, corporate governance, or NASDAQ listing standards preferred.
- Financial and general office related with strong emphasis on competent skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and other financially and design related software programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and interact with Company Executives, Board Members, Investors, and Analysts.
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
ESSENTIAL MENTAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to travel if required to perform the essential job functions
- Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
- Ability to operate related equipment to perform the essential job functions
- Ability to read and interpret a document if required to perform the essential job functions
- Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 10 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions.
