The position serves as a technical point-of-contact for Human Resource applications and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains the functionality and effectiveness of HR information systems to support HR operations and enable data-driven decision-making within the organization.
- Implements and configures HR information systems based on company policies and business needs.
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to HR systems and records, including data discrepancies, system errors, and user support.
- Manages data within HR systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
- Collaborates with HR, IT, and other partners to identify system enhancements, process improvements, and training needs.
- Designs and generates HR reports, integrations, and analytics using HR data for various purposes, such as compliance, workforce planning, risk management, etc.
- Ensures data integrity and security within HR systems and record storage, including access controls, report provisioning, etc.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory and company retention requirements.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent related experience.
- 7 years related experience in HRIS or IT function.
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS systems and related interfaces with other HR and Finance Technology
- Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
- Results-oriented and has a high degree of accountability, commitment and responsibility.
- Ability to operate related equipment to perform the essential job functions.
- Ability to travel if required to perform the essential job functions.
- Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 10 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions. If the employee is unable to lift/move/carry this weight and can be accommodated without causing the department/division an “undue hardship” then the employee must be accommodated; hence omitting lifting/moving/carrying as a physical requirement.
