This position is full time Intake Specialist position that rotates through multiple office operations positions to support the practice. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide excellent service to our patients on the phone, and in person.

Summary Primary Responsibilities- Office Operations:
- Patient Services- Greet and assist patients in registration process
- Ensure patient data is complete and accurate in practice management system
- Analyze records for completeness and maintain filing system
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Administrative support including copying, filing, and data entry
- Special projects and other duties as assigned
- Two years customer service or degree in healthcare related field preferred
- Health care insurance and medical terminology preferred
- Critical thinking and decision making skills required
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance required
- Personal computer skills preferred (Microsoft Office and Windows)
- Detail oriented and highly dependable
- Orthopedic experience preferred
- Office phone experience preferred
- Ability to type 30 words per minute required
