What's expected?
• Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
• Welcome, greet, and engage with members/guests upon arrival

• Answer phones, book appointments / sell memberships, gift cards, upgrades and retail products
• Implementing/Maintaining social media marketing
• Organizing/Hosting off-site marketing events
• Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Positive, bubbly, energetic attitude
• Team player but also able to work alone at times
• Perform various other duties as assigned
