Sales Associate and Concierge

Spa Sales Associate Job Opening $15-$16 Per Hour Commission – Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Leawood, KS is currently seeking polished and professional candidates that are passionate about sales, as well as health and well-being. Hand & Stone brand is a leader in the membership-based spa service industry. Our Spa Associates are critical in ensuring all customers' experiences in the spa are exceptional! Sales experience a plus! This is a sales position. • Evening and Weekends
• Full time or Part time
• Customer Service experience required
• Sales experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Must be dependable, exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail
• Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their needs and inquiries.
• Give pertinent information while selling our lifestyle program to new and repeat guests.
• Book and confirm appointments for our guests with accuracy, following company standards.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register and POS system.
• Maintain inventory by stocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Responsible for upkeep and tidiness of facility during each shift
• Handle cash and perform basic math calculations for sales and returns.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in spa projects and tasks as instructed by management.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
