Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service.
- Promote and sell memberships and services, ensuring guests understand the benefits of regular treatments and the Healthy Lifestyle Program.
- Inform guests about the Healthy Lifestyle Program, emphasizing its role in maintaining long-term wellness through regular spa services and consistent self-care.
- Assist guests in selecting skincare products and wellness items that best meet their needs.
- Meet sales targets and help drive revenue through the promotion of memberships, the Healthy Lifestyle Program, and product sales.
- Maintain accurate guest records and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Manage the sales floor, ensuring products are stocked and organized.
- Educate guests on the benefits of regular treatments, healthy habits, and how the Healthy Lifestyle Program can help them achieve their wellness goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment.
Experience
- Proven sales experience, preferably in retail or a guest-focused environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with guests.
- A passion for wellness, skincare, and helping others feel their best.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in the spa, wellness, or beauty industry is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to meet sales goals and work in a fast-paced, guest-oriented environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings.
- Strong guest service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
