As a dynamic and self-motivated individual with a passion for skin care, you will play a critical role in achieving our esthetics and retail sales goals. Your responsibilities will include training, monitoring, and coaching performance of Estheticians and Sales Associates on esthetics business and sales specifics.
This full-time position requires working 30-35 hours weekly, including one weekend day and an evening shift. You will participate in offered training programs, conferences, and other opportunities for professional growth. Monthly meetings with the Spa Manager and biweekly meetings with the Esthetics staff are also essential.
To succeed in this role, you must have previous experience performing facials, microdermabrasion, waxing, and other skin care services. Knowledge of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians is also crucial. Previous training experience is preferred.
