- Drive membership growth and gift card sales
- Boost introductory offer bookings
- Meet EBITA targets
- Maximize staff utilization (Massage Therapists & Estheticians)
- Lead successful team recruitment and retention
- Achieve new memberships from SPA Associates
- Increase service enhancements, upgrades, and retail sales
- Create a culture of employee satisfaction with low attrition rates

Base salary of $51,000 to $55,000 (based on qualification) , with total compensation potential up to $77,000 per year
