POSITION SUMMARY : Our Spa Manager will execute the day-to-day operations of a high volume spa, along with specific assigned responsibilities.A more extensive list of the responsibilities is as follows :
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of a busy spa
- Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials
- Learn about our products and services for effective, clear communication
- Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, ordering and reporting
- Uphold store cleanliness standards in the entire spa
- Oversee training of staff
- Create and aid in implementation of sales goals for staff.
- Oversee implementation of corporate protocols.
