Duties
· Effectively manage spa associates, estheticians and therapists while motivating the team in a fun, fast paced environment
· Team Building including interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling
· Selling memberships and delivering great customer service to existing and new clients
· Maintaining a professional and impeccable spa environment for members, guests and employees
· Meet monthly, quarterly and annual membership, product and gift card goals
· Working various and changing days and hours (weekend days, opening and closing required)
· Expect to work 45-50 hours a week
Job Requirements:
· A strong attention to detail
· A commitment to excellence
· At least five years experience managing large teams
· A passion for people and sales
· High level of enthusiasm
· Strong organizational/planning and computer skills
· Some Retail or sales experience with “membership based” sales model is a huge plus
· Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting
· Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
· Relevant and successful experience in a hospitality, spa, retail, or fitness setting while holding a position of responsibility
