What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Support Lead position at Hand in Hand Christian Montessori?
Hand in Hand Christian Montessori – Central Campus, Roseville has a full-time (32-40 hours/week) opening supporting junior and senior high students in our CREO Academy for our 25-26 school year.
This person will creatively and collaboratively partner with students, teachers and parents/guardians to implement individualized strategies for academic, social and emotional success.
Applicants should understand the needs of junior and senior high students with regards to behavioral adaptations, sensory breaks, homework or classroom modifications and have at least one year experience in this area in a classroom setting. Applicants should be self-motivated, responsible, reliable and familiar with the needs of a Montessori Classroom.
The hours expected to be on campus are 8:00am – 4:00pm, with weekly after school staff meetings on Wednesdays until 5:00pm. Compensation is commensurate with experience and education with a range of $19-25/hour. HIHCM offers generous tuition discount for employees who have children enrolled at HIHCM.
