Key Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Director at Hand in Hand Hospice, you will have a significant impact on our growth and the quality of care we provide. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:
- Build and Nurture Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities, to drive business growth.
- Strategic Account Development: Complete intentional sales activities using pre-call planning that will produce census growth.
- Community Education: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to organizations and community members to provide education on the hospice benefit.
- Activity Tracking: Keep detailed records of all prospecting, account development, referrals, and sales activities, providing regular reports to management.
- Client Monitoring: Collaborate with operational managers to assess customer service levels, review patient care, and evaluate market needs, to ensure optimal care for our patients and their loved ones.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the hospice industry is required.
- A heart for people: Must have a commitment to serving patients and their loved ones and enthusiasm for delivering quality care.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of hospice services, referral sources, and payors is essential.
- Excellent Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential to articulate the benefits of our services and engage with potential clients effectively.
- Goal-Oriented: A goal-driven mentality is key, as you'll be responsible for expanding our client base and meeting sales targets.
