Job Description:
Hand In Hand Group Homes is seeking a motivated and experienced Group Home Supervisor to oversee the operations of six DDD (Division of Developmental Disabilities) group homes in Maricopa County. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise staff across six group homes, ensuring compliance with DDD standards and exceptional care.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to maintain high operational standards.
- Oversee residents' well-being, ensuring all care plans and behavioral supports are properly followed.
- Serve as the main contact between families, medical professionals, and support coordinators, ensuring effective communication.
- Conduct staff meetings, provide ongoing training, and maintain accurate documentation and compliance reports.
- Address and resolve challenges with a focus on positive outcomes for both staff and residents.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience in DDD group homes or a similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of DDD regulations and individualized service plan (ISP) management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple homes and lead diverse teams.
- High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Valid Arizona driver’s license and ability to pass background checks and fingerprint clearance.
