$33.00-$38.00 Hourly pay $500 Sign on Bonus!
Hand n Hand Home HealthCare is looking for LPN's to join their growing team! The LPN will play a vital role in allowing our aging population to stay comfortably in their home. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be kind and compassionate with a desire to help people.
The LPN will be responsible for:
Assessing and charting observations of the patient's condition at each visit.
Completing evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs.
Administering Physician-prescribed medication.
Dressing or redressing wounds and assessing the healing progress.
Providing education to patients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies.
Coordinating with Physicians, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other individuals in the patient's care plan.
Keeping the patient comfortable through palliative and ambulatory care
Recommending tools or devices that may improve the quality of life for the patient
Other duties as needed
The LPN will excel with:
Must be a certified LPN
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Proven dependability and reliability
Strong interpersonal skills that allow them to get to know their patients, build personal rapport and establish trust to provide high-quality care while increasing patients enjoyment and comfort
Initiative so they can make independent decisions when required and accept direction and requests from patients.
Ability to act swiftly in emergencies and work efficiently
Flexibility and patience to work in a variety of living environments
Knowledge of clinical skills including changing bandages, giving tube feedings, administering shots and setting up and monitoring IVs
The LPN will be rewarded with:
$33.00 - $38.00 Hourly Pay
$500 Sign on bonus after 90 days!
