Part-Time Front Desk Person in Creative Environment

Longstanding Brooklyn Tattoo Studio is currently seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Assistant , directly responsible for greeting clients and assisting personnel with appointments. You will be expected to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the space as well.

Eligible applicants should have 4 years plus experience in a retail/ service environment and a resume that reflects a promotion to a leadership position. Industry Experience is considered a plus, but not required. Bilingual is a plus. Able to lift 25lbs and walk flights of stairs if needed.

Applicant's track record should reflect consistent improvement, completion, and obtainment of assigned goals. You must be able to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize well. A valid N.Y. Driver's License is a plus.

Applicant must be outgoing, productive in a creative environment, and comfortable with direct communication and a diverse clientele. Strong organizational skills and time management are a must. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Point of Sale Systems are a plus. Familiarity with the Google Suite (Google Drive, Calendar) as well as social media are also preferred. Growth and advancement may become available to the right individual.
