Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Chapel Hill is seeking a full-time Assistant Spa Sales Manager for our established spa. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, growth-minded, and passionate about sales and customer service. The Assistant Spa Sales Manager will work closely with the Spa Sales Manager to lead the front-desk Spa Associate Sales team and assist with other operational leadership needs.

- Membership revenue growth -- key drivers are team membership sales and membership retention.
- Gift card revenue growth -- key drivers are team gift card sales and average gift card value.
- Service revenue growth -- key drivers are schedule capacity utilization and average ticket value.
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Relevant experience -- 2-3 years of sales and customer service excellence, preferably in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Flexible schedule – this role requires you to work a variety of hours, including some evenings and weekends.
- Effective leadership skills -- personal integrity and commitment, team-building, accountability for all, coaching and mentoring, listening and communication, analytical thinking, and inspiring.
