Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in Commerce Township, MI, is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is comfortable with sales. As a Call Center Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while contributing to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Booking: Schedule spa appointments with efficiency and attention to detail to ensure client satisfaction.
- Client Upgrades: Offer service upgrades tailored to client needs to enhance their experience.
- Service Education: Educate guests about the range of spa services and products available to help them make informed decisions.
- Sales: Proactively sell memberships, gift cards, and additional services over the phone to meet or exceed sales goals.

Membership Management:
- Contact clients to update payment information for memberships.
- Address membership cancellation requests with empathy, providing solutions to retain members when possible.
- Client Engagement: Build rapport with clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us.
- Data Management: Accurately update client records and appointment schedules in the system.
Qualifications:
- Sales Savvy: Confident and enthusiastic about selling services and products.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients over the phone.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using call center software, scheduling systems, and CRM platforms.
- Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be available to work weekend and evening shifts
- Must be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail
- Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Experience:
- 2-3 years previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles.
- 1 year in a call center environment.
- Familiarity with the wellness or spa industry is a plus.
