Hand and Stone Crescent Springs is seeking a Spa Wellness Advisor. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING! The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:
- To inform and enroll new guests in our "Lifestyle Program"
- Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
- A fast learner, with a positive attitude; remain calm in fast pace environment
- Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival and communicate sales promotions and service options with clients
- Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
- Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
- Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
- Positive, energetic attitude
- A strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Capability to work flexible hours including some nights, weekends and some holidays

Job Requirements:
- Customer service experience, commissioned sales experience a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays
- Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest
