Job Description:
Come join the team at a beautiful, busy 10-room spa. We are located in a shopping complex next to LA Fitness in Culver City with lots of foot traffic and are actively expanding! We are looking for upbeat Estheticians whose focus is on skincare! If you are ready to work in a fast-paced, yet supportive environment, we'd love to talk to you! We are looking for both FT and PT Skincare Experts/Licensed Estheticians and have a variety of shifts available: Days, Nights and Weekends. We're flexible, but one shift must be on the weekend.
Compensation per service hour ranges from $24-60 depending on the services performed. We offer numerous add on spa services to our facial services, such as DiamondGlow, Dermalogica Pro Pen, Microderm, LED, NuFace, peels, etc and each are compensated separately. Pay increases the more you are requested so look forward to pay raises as you build your clientele. We have an active member base that comes in for monthly (or more often) facials.

Qualifications and Skills
- Perform consecutive 50 minute facials, Microdermabrasion, hair removal and other skin care services
- Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of facials while making appropriate recommendations on product purchases as well as facial frequency
- Adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations
- Carry Professional liability insurance
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line as it relates to estheticians
- Be customer service oriented
- Positive attitude
- Team player
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
- Familiarity with Dermalogica, Image and ClarityRx skincare lines a plus!

Job Requirement:
- Hold valid CA esthetics license
- Be committed to ongoing education, including monthly product webinars with goal of achieve Elite* status within 12 months of hiring
- Strong team player

Compensation: $24.00 - $60.00 per service hour
