Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed membership, gift card, and other sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships that last
- Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
- Book appointments, greet guests and balance the daily schedule
- Keep the rooms and common areas looking great clean, professional, and comfortable
- Bring a positive and energetic attitude
- Perform various other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Love connecting with people! This is a SALES and CUSTOMER SERVICE job
- Highly professional in appearance and attitude
- Strong team player able to also work independently
- Exceptional problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment while providing superior customer service
- Experience meeting sales quotas and prior membership sales experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years old or older
- Available to work weekends
