Hand & Stone in Huntsville, AL is looking for a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team.
You will find yourself working in a positive and fulfilling team-oriented environment promoting massages, facials, spa services and a healthy lifestyle program!

This is a sales & customer service position, that rewards heavily for performance!
Job Requirements:
- One year of sales or customer service experience
- Ability to hit sales goals
- Motivated by commissions and incentives for sales
- Team player and a positive/energetic attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Desire to help others and promote the health/wellness of massage/facials/lifestyle program
- Multi-task in busy setting
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival
- Phone & computer experience
- Professionalism
What You’ll Do:
- Drive sales by hitting goals and promoting our services
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
- Answer phones, book appointments, and sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive atmosphere
- Multi-task in a busy setting while delivering excellent customer service
