Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in Lake Pleasant, is seeking a Spa Experience Ambassador. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than outstanding!

Responsibilities:
- Meet weekly and monthly membership sales goals
- Detailed knowledge of the menu of services – don’t worry, we’ll train you!
- Have excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships that last
- Capable of working flexible hours, with availability on nights and weekends required.
- Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
- Uphold spa cleanliness standards
- Bring a positive and energetic attitude, every day!
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
- Perform various other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Special consideration given to those with at least 2 years of sales experience.
- EXTRA Special Consideration will be given to those who have membership sales experience.
- Must be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail.
- Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be energetic, friendly, and positive at all times.
- Strong aptitude for sales and customer service.
- Extremely strong work ethic.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
- Professional, proactive, and personable individuals required!
