Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
- An active massage therapist license in the state of PA or be willing to transfer license to PA
- Ability to carry massage therapy liability insurance
- Customize treatment plans based on individual client’s needs to deliver quality results.
- Create an exceptional experience of healing for each member/guest through routine visits and long term treatment plans.
- Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common
- Be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
- Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork
