Spa/Sales Associate

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Robinson, PA is currently seeking candidates that are passionate about sales, as well as health and well-being. We are looking for someone that is local to the area and is looking for a long term role in a stable and positive environment with opportunity for growth. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing short of exceptional! Candidates with prior experience in sales or a membership driven environment is ideal but not required. Hand & Stone is a national franchise that specializes in massage, facial, and hair removal services. With over 400 locations, the Hand & Stone brand is a leader in the membership-based spa service industry.

The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
• Ideal past experience would be working for a gym or other membership driven environment
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
• Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Team player
• Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills
• Perform various other duties as assigned
• Be willing to take initiative in picking up new tasks around the office

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office application, Spa Soft (will train) and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest
