Responsibilities
- Provide Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Performance Reports to Leadership
- Assist Owner with communication and organization
- Provide administrative support to managers
- Manage new projects, launches, etc.
- Manage vendors and related account Issues
- Reports to Owner/Operations Manager
- 1-2 years of Administrative Assistant Experience Required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong time-management skills
- Client service or spa experience a plus
- Self-starter who is capable of staying on task from home
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across various departments
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results
- Capable of starting immediately
- We are offering $20-$23 per hour depending on experience.
