What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reservation Specialist position at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa?
This is a call center / office-based position. Our Reservation Specialists work in our Oviedo office processing calls for our various spas around the area.
This is a part-time position. We recommend that only those applicants who live in Oviedo or the close surrounding area apply.
All available shifts are 5 hours. 9am-2pm & 2pm-7pm. You must work at least 2 shifts per week.
Compensation is $12 per hour with opportunity for increases in pay based on demonstrated performance.

So what does a Reservation Specialist do? Our Reservation Specialist could be called Spa Ambassadors! You represent our spa from on each and every phone call from a new client to members we have had for years. We need you to impress everyone you speak with!
Primary responsibilities include:
*Answering calls on script, with a great phone voice and a cheerful disposition.
*Scheduling client reservations.
*Answering client questions on services, gift cards, memberships and general information regarding the spa.
*Effectively educating/selling clients on spa memberships, gift cards and future appointments
*Resolving client concerns and complaints
This is a job that requires a person who can maintain a positive and pleasant demeanor in a fast paced environment.
Requirements:
* Must have a cheerful disposition and work well as a team
* Must have customer service background
* Must have reliable transportation
