Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and a passion for sales. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an outstanding experience for our clients, while effectively communicating the benefits of our monthly wellness program. Earn excellent commission and a free massage or facial service based on sales performance!
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and check them in and out for their appointment.
- Provide knowledgeable information about services, ensuring clients have all the details they need to make informed decisions.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance client experience and improve overall sales performance.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain an organized and clean lobby, ensuring laundry is done hourly for our massage therapists and estheticians, as well as completing light closing tasks at the end of the shift to maintain cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with clients over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when addressing inquiries or scheduling appointments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve spa goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with cash handling processes.
- A proactive attitude towards upselling and membership promotion is highly valued.
