Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in North Arlington (Fielder Plaza in the Tom Thumb center) is looking to hire Spa Receptionist for its busy upscale spa. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than outstanding!

Responsibilities:
* Meet membership sales goals
* Detailed knowledge of the menu of services ~ Don't worry, we'll train you!!
* Excellent customer service to all members and guests, while building relationships that last
* Capable of working flexible hours
* Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
* Uphold spa cleanliness standards
* Bring positive, friendly, and energetic attitude to every shift
* Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
* Basic math and cash register experience
* Perform various other duties as assigned
Preferred Skills:
* Sales Experience
* Multilingual or bilingual skills a plus
